Secure synchronization allows multiple offices serving a district or state to keep all of their databases up to date, allowing increased efficiency and ensuring that everyone has access to the most up-to-date and accurate information. AbacusLaw uses secure packet transmission to keep all databases synchronized.

Laptop Synchronization

Take your laptop to court with you. Access vital case information, generate sentencing documents and synchronize with your AbacusLaw database when you return to the office.

Synchronize your Smart Phone with AbacusLaw

AbacusLaw allows you to synchronize your calendar and contacts to your Smart Phone so you never have to be without your important data again. AbacusLaw also lets you synchronize as many Smart Phone's as you have licensed users, meaning everyone can take their data with them.

AbacusLaw and MS Outlook

Copy and link email text and attachments to their related matter record with one mouse click from Microsoft Outlook. Conveniently access all related correspondence from the matter screen Emails tab. Outlook users can also auto fill email templates with matter information.

Outlook contact, calendar and schedule information can be easily imported into AbacusLaw. Send emails in Outlook by simply clicking on a contact record's email icon.
